"I had the pleasure of working with Melissa today. Our mortgage broker let us know that today was the deadline for having our homeowners insurance lined up so we could make our closing at the end of the month. What a fire drill. Because of the snow she was working from home. She took no fewer than five phone calls from me, and addressed and handled everything. She got us a good rate on the house. And without me sounding like a commercial, she bundled in both our cars and saved us considerable dollars versus what we're currently paying with Geico in Arizona. She allowed us to make our deadline. I told her if they were still giving out the award, she should be queen for the day! I highly recommend this State Farm agency."

"I placed a request for a new home insurance quote online, rookie mistake, and the avalanche of calls and text messages came raining down on me for the last 72 hours. I did receive one text message from this office and I remember reading it and thinking "that person is going to get a call back". It was the only text I received that was warm and friendly and not super aggressive. I sent them a text and received a call back and I'm sure glad I responded. I worked with Melissa Crofford who was fantastic. She was responsive, very friendly, answered any ridiculous questions I had and best of all a great rate. I received quotes from a ton of companies and I was quite surprised with State Farms prices and coverage. In the past I never even considered them due to thinking nope going to be too expensive. I'm now a fan and would recommend this office and Melissa to anyone interested in finding new coverage. Congratulations Michael in hitting a home run with State Farm and Melissa."
